With my solid experience in claims for more than 17 years, I succeeded to transform my career into a more challenging field, financial planning, in 2005. In 2015, it has been a complete decade since I started working as my own boss in the front line, and it is my third year since I joined AIA. This is an excellent platform in which I am able to be a qualifier of MDRT for the past 3 consecutive years.

I also have my own team in AIA to give me another challenging role as a leader which I need to not only take care of my own performance, but also to manage each team member’s various situations.
